In one line
Breathcharge is a free breathing timer that runs in your browser, with custom patterns, the physiological sigh's second inhale and music that follows each breath.
In a paragraph
Breathcharge (breathcharge.com) is a free, no-signup breathing exercise timer for computers and phones. Pick a technique like box breathing, 4-7-8, coherent breathing or the physiological sigh, or set your own inhale, holds and exhale to a tenth of a second, then follow a calm orb and a piece of music that fades with every phase. It floats beside your work in a small always-on-top window, keeps your phone's screen awake, installs to the home screen and works offline. Each technique comes with an illustrated guide that cites peer-reviewed research and says honestly how strong the evidence is. Two looks, Dawn and Nocturne, suit the working day and the evening.
